The overflowing cesspool of public corruption at the Broward County Public School System Continues. A public audit indicates that over $ 1 MILLION has been stolen from the Broward School District’s Transportation Department. Over 170 computers have been stolen. Radios, printers, and two GOLF CARTS are also missing. It is reported that 15 fax machines have also been stolen.
Also missing is A PHONE SYSTEM PURCHASED FOR $32,775.00. HOW DOES ANYONE STEAL A PHONE SYSTEM? Let me help you with this one. It WAS PROBABLY NEVER INSTALLED AND SOME CROOK’S BANK ACCOUNT INCREASED BY $ 32,775.00. Carolyn Brownlee-Fuller, acting director of transportation says she is doing the ” best I can.” GIVE ME A BREAK!!
In 2009, Lucille Green, former director of pupil transportation, was REASSIGNED WHILE THE DISTRICT INVESTIGATED ALLEGATIONS OF MISMANAGEMENT. A news media investigation indicated that Green had 13 relatives and at least six close family friends working in transportation, together earning more than $ 500,000.00/year.
WATCH MY LIPS. EACH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA HAS A STATE ATTORNEY TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE. It is abundantly clear that the state attorney should have brought people to TESTIFY BEFORE A GRAND JURY. THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A STATE ATTORNEY. I HAVE TO BELIEVE THAT THE FEDS WILL STEP IN AND TAKE STRONG ACTION TO PUT AN END TO THIS ONGOING CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE IN THE BROWARD COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
That will make Governor Rick Scott look very bad. I hope Governor Scott, who inherited this mess, will take STRONG ACTION VERY QUICKLY. The Governor has the power to take decisive action before the FEDS have to act. REMEMBER THAT LYING IS NOT A FELONY, BUT LYING UNDER OATH IS A FELONY. Bring all school board members, all superintendents, and all transportation department heads before a Grand Jury. QUESTION EACH PERSON IN GREAT DETAIL. A 12 year old could find out what is going on. WHY CAN’T THE STATE ATTORNEY?
