A School Named For Barack

Peabody High School in Pittsburgh was closed due to the complete and total failure of the school administration and the school board to take timely action to correct: 1) declines in attendance, 2) standardized test scores, 3) graduation rates, and 4) many other serious problems.  The school was re-opened with a new name: Pittsburgh Barack Obama Academy of International Studies.

I seriously doubt that this school will have a budget that follows legal guidelines from the state government.  However, I feel confident that this school will spend lots of tax dollars.
