Volusia County Schools: Enough To Gag A Maggot

A health inspection report dated March 27, by the State of Florida Department of Health stated that DeLand High School was rated unsatisfactory.  The observations included: 1) Roach waste around refrigerators and bookshelves; 2) Feral cats living under a classroom portable; 3) Trash in air intake screens; and 4) General filth.

Any sane and sensible individual with a fifth grade education would have seen and corrected these problems.  Why didn’t the principal of DeLand High see these problems and take action?  Why didn’t the administrative  staff of DeLand High School see these problems and take action?  Why didn’t the superintendent of schools see these problems and take action?  Do the school board members believe that they have no responsibility in these matters?

Sanityandsense.com calls for the immediate termination of the principal of DeLand High School.  Sanityandsense.com calls for the immediate termination of all members of the administrative staff of DeLand High School.  Sanityandsense.com again calls for the Volusia County School Board to immediately terminate the “good for nothing” and “do nothing” superintendent of schools, Margaret Smith.  Sanityandsense.com encourages School Board Member, Diane Smith, to resign immediately.

Sanityandsense.com also suggests that the slave labor wages paid to: 1) school bus drivers, 2) cafeteria workers, 3) school secretaries, 4) school janitors, and 5) teachers and teacher aids are unsatisfactory and must be increased.  This can be accomplished without increasing taxes or increasing the county school budget.  This can be achieved by terminating the worthless educational bureaucrats that are nothing more than “public parasites.”  The money saved by terminating these public parasites could be used to increase the wages of our underpaid school workers listed above.  Taxpayers should think very deeply about the many worthless educational bureaucrats that sit around their luxurious offices thinking about new mindless forms for hard working teachers to complete to justify the bureaucrat’s position.  Sending  our children and grandchildren to a filthy public school is enough to gag a maggot !
