Letter To Donald Trump

Dear Mr. President,  As the most powerful man in the world, you need to take care of yourself.  I saw the news story that you went to the hospital, and I began to worry.  All these democrat lies combined with all of the fake news is enough to raise your blood pressure and cause you other problems.  If this were to happen, I would be deprived of watching your political rallies that I enjoy so much.  Also, I have three granddaughters so I need you around to keep America on a solid path for another four years.  If you consider some of my nutritional advice, not only will you win again in 2020, but you will be healthy enough to campaign for the Pence-Donald Trump,Jr. Republican ticket in 2024 ! I know Ivanka will make a great Secretary of State after Mr. Pence is elected president in 2024.

You need Vitamin C in your diet every day. I know that you have some high powered MD’s to advise and check on you daily. Unfortunately, most of them do not know squat about nutrition.  Evolution ( and God ) has created many fascinating life forms in the world. I bet you did not know that every vertebrate in the entire world except man and a little known fruit bat and one fruit eating monkey creates their own Vitamin C in their bodies ! Dogs, cats, horses, and even birds create Vitamin C in their bodies.  Human beings at one time, long ago, also created Vitamin C in their bodies, but over time humans lost an enzyme system that created Vitamin C.  Dr. Klenner, MD, a great evolutionary biologist wrote a 600 page book explaining this.  I read his book twice ! So the message here is that you need about 2,000 mg. to 3,000 mg. of Vitamin C in your diet every day.  You, therefore, need a supplement of Vitamin C every day.  Vitamin C is also known as Ascorbic Acid. Ascorbic Acid disassociates into an Ascorbate ion and a Hydrogen ion. Your body uses the Ascorbate ion in numerous biochemical reactions every day.  I take Vitamin C in the form of Calcium Ascorbate, which disassociates into an Ascorbate ion and a Calcium ion. Either form will work for you.  Next time you see your MD, ask him: ” When you last did a blood draw, what was my serum Ascorbate level ?” When he tells you that this was not checked, ask him why it was not.

Vitamin B1 is another very important vitamin. B1 is called Thiamine and supports the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex in the human brain and assists with other biological functions in the human body.  It also functions with the ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex. One supplemental tablet of B1 should have 100 mg. of Thiamine unless your MD suggests a larger dose.  Both B1 and Vitamin C are water soluble vitamins and needed every day.

Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid are two other vitamins that are sold in the mcg. dosage. Mcg stands for microgram and is much smaller than the mg dosage. Mg. stands for milligram. Vitamin B12 is best absorbed under your tongue or sublingually.  I take 1000 mcg of B12, which equals 1 mg. of B12 every day.  B12 has no known side affects, but a shortage can be very bad for you. Your MD probably tested your B12 and Folate levels during your last blood test.  Ask to see your results.  If the MD in the medical corps did not test both, change his rank from Colonel to Corporal.

Next Donald, you need some natural Vitamin E every day.  Now this is a bit tricky.  Vitamin E comes in three molecular forms. There is the Alpha form, the beta form, and the gamma form.  98% of Vitamin E supplements contain the alpha form of Vitamin E only.  That is because the Alpha form is a strong anti-oxidant.  Obtain a tablet that has all three forms because the gamma form of Vitamin E is the strongest anti-cancer agent of the three molecules !

Next Donald, we must discuss fats.  There are good fats that make you healthy.  There are bad fats that will clog your blood vessels and kill you.  Ask your MD if he has read the works of Udo Erasmus, Ph.D. who wrote an excellent book titled: ” Fats That Heal and Fats That Kill.”  To make this easy here is a simple rule. Saturated fats are bad for your health and unsaturated fats are good for your health.  I would bet $100,000.00 against $1 that you are deficient in Omega-3 Unsaturated Fatty Acids.  The Omega-3, which contains 20 Carbon atoms in a chain form and has five (5) double bonds is called Eicosapentaenoic Acid and is usually shortened to EPA.  You need this in your diet every day. Studies have shown that almost 90% of children are deficient in this essential compound.  EPA is found in cold water fish. Since I do not eat fish, I supplement with EPA daily and you should also.  The other essential Omega-3 is called Docosahexaenoic Acid and is often abbreviated DHA. DHA has a Carbon chain containing 22 Carbon atoms with six (6) double bonds.  You should supplement with DHA daily.  ( Note: DHA is so important to humans that women produce DHA in their breast milk after giving birth.  The newborn then nurses and obtains DHA. ) Ask your MD what your EPA and DHA levels were after your last physical.

Finally Donald, you must stop eating junk food and consume a lot of vegetables every day.  Well cooked and prepared plant foods contain plant chemicals that are very good for your health and most are not found in vitamin tablets or meats.  Add one chewable multivitamin to your health regime and you will be around to see Barron Trump sworn in as President of the U.S. in the future !
